Sequis Tower

Sequis Tower is a lease-only building located on Jalan Sudirman in the SCBD Sudirman area of South Jakarta. Sequis Tower became operational in 2018 and American architect Kohn Pederson Fox,… based in New York, designed it. Sequis Tower remains one of the few buildings in Jakarta to have attained LEED Platinum certification. The design of the tower is inspired by the Banyan tree with gardens on the roof featuring typical local plants. Sequis Tower is extremely well located; it is adjacent to the new Alila Hotel and near to numerous food and beverage facilities including those in Pacific Place Shopping Mall. Sequis Tower also contains high-end fitness center Paradigm.

Sequis Tower’s location within the SCBD Sudirman puts it in the heart of the most desirable office location in Jakarta. The SCBD Jakarta offers excellent connectivity for pedestrians, access to the MRT Jakarta via Istora Mandiri Station on Jalan Sudirman and a free intra-SCBD shuttle bus service. The SCBD Jakarta is home Pacific Place Shopping Mall, a number of other high profile office buildings as well as an extremely active restaurant and bar scene. Several desirable high-rise residential developments are also located in and around the SCBD Jakaarta. It is possible to access the SCBD Jakarta from the Senopati area to the south without being affected by the ‘odd-even’ traffic calming policy.
